Yesterday, at VALLEY Christian Church, we took a look at Genesis 32:9-32, when Jacob wrestled with God. It’s an amazing story showing how God touched Jacob, and changed him forever when Jacob confessed to God who he really is. Today, on my day off, I’ve been listening to some old tunes and came across one of my favorite from “back in the day” that Nicole Nordeman released as a cover song, “In Your Eyes” (Originally by Peter Gabriel). As I listened to the song again for the umpteenth time, the lyrics reminded me of Jacob wrestling with God.
